NASSOUR M. DELIO
Nassour is a distinguished civil engineer and MBA graduate from the prestigious Pantheon-Sorbonne University in Paris. With over a decade of experience, he has held several strategic positions within the Chadian government, where his leadership and vision have been instrumental in advancing the nation’s infrastructure.
As the former CEO of the National Electricity Company, Nassour played a pivotal role in expanding access to electricity and developing critical energy infrastructure to meet Chad’s growing needs. His contributions laid then foundation for improved energy security and economic development across the country.
Following this, he served as the CEO of the National Investment and Export Authority, where he successfully fostered a business- friendly environment, attracting significant foreign direct investment to Chad. Nassour’s dedication to creating sustainable growth and his forward-thinking approach continue to drive the success of Pluton Invest.
IBRAHIM ALKHALIL
Ibrahim is an Energy and Electro-mechanic engineer with relevant experience in Energy sectors acquired within international environment by working on power plants commissioning and installation projects, power plant operations and projects management. Focused on best practices and standard compliance, Resourceful and well-organized with good leadership, interpersonal skills and team-building spirit. Result-driven, highly motivated to improve overhaull projects performance by proactives and analytical approach.
